It is currently estimated that up to 90% of what we do in a day, week, or year is driven by our unconscious with little or no input from our conscious mind.\u00a0<\/p>

Tempting as it may be to target automatic behaviour, we recognise that not everything can be simplified and that some of the challenges we face in the short and in the long term, are in fact highly complex and demand our attention. This goes for challenges in areas such as health, education, and green transition, and this is where we add the extra 10 percent. We focus on solving problems that call for attention and reflection. \nThroughout all phases of our work, we strive to approach each challenge from a participatory mindset, and in a way that enables everyone involved to express themselves and share their insights and knowledge.

\nTo us, this is essential, not just because it leads us to better and more effective designs, but also because ethics is essential to the way we approach each individual challenge. Ethics is considered from the moment we dive into understanding the chore of the problem, throughout our data-collection and design phases, and all the way through test and implementation. \n

All users are different, and neither private nor professional contexts are ever quite the same. This is why we always start at the beginning when we join a project because understanding our users, their challenges, and their goals is key to providing good solutions<\/p>

Once we understand the empirical, contextual, and technical challenges, we move on to designing new solutions We do this in collaboration with our stakeholders so that we can ensure that we get everything right from the very beginning.<\/p>

One thing is what works for the design team, another thing is what happens once we implement new solutions. This is why whether we are designing new digital solutions, or helping to optimize communication strategies, we actively involve users throughout the process. We may be experts on behavior design, but your stakeholders and users are the ones that know you best<\/p>
